My story starts with an indie bookshop in a small coastal town in Alaska. I started a brick-and-mortar independent bookstore which later expanded to a 3,000 sq. ft. shop in the heart of our small hometown in Alaska.
Two years later, I co-founded a soy candle business with my best friend from childhood, Laura. We quickly expanded to wholesale and now sell our candles throughout Alaska and the lower 48.
Along the way, I've had manufacturing plants create products of my own design, and sold everywhere from farmers' markets to Amazon.
People kept asking me if I would coach them through starting their own small business or leveling up an existing one. And that turned out to be my favorite thing to do: helping others grow their business idea. And that's when The Clarity Habit came alive!
So I've been in your shoes. Building a new business while navigating an already packed life.
Along the way people helped me as I was getting started, and it's my goal to pass along all of those kindnesses and insights to you. Because the world gets just a little bit better every single time someone believes in themselves and starts a business sharing what they love.
